 RHS
RHS partially closed

I came across Kathy Orta over at Paper Phenomenon last year & she designs the most amazing 3d projects & I just had to have some of them.
This is called Life Report & holds so many photos & is so interactive its amazing!
I used Graphic 45 Steam Debutante paper, as well as Kaisercraft Antique Bazaar. It folds into 3 & then folds downwards & downwards again to hold such an array of photos & there are so many pockets, flaps, interactive places for photos. Too many to capture in photos.
I now need to sit down & fill it with photos, probably as hard a job as making it in the first place lol.

Graphic 45 Mon Amor scrapbook.

As I have previously said, I am into scrapbooking & 3d paper projects at the moment, together with my colouring. I have several projects to show you, just not got round to posting them here. I do use Pinterest  Dawn & I also have a Facebook page Dawniesden if anyone wants to take a look.

Here is my first video uploaded to You Tube showing this beautiful album, so please be kind to me.

This album I have made for my sons wedding in 2016 for me to put all my pictures in. I have used an excellent tutorial by Terrys Scrapbooks & the video link is included on her blog, together with the cutting guide etc. She takes you through the process step by step & I am thrilled with the end result.

Tiddly Inks

Now I know I have not been blogging for ages, I have been busy crafting, but have left my card making as I have got into interactive scrapbooking & colouring. I have been asked to demo my colouring at a local craft shop to me soon, which is something I still cannot believe!
This image is by Tiddlyinks & was available as part of the monthly colouring class over at Kit & Clowder. It is coloured with Polychromo pencils. I've kept the card simple, so as not to distract from the image & also to keep the postage down at this time of year.
I hope to post my photos of my scrapbooking soon.
Thanks for anyone who is still about & reading my blog.

Twilight by Crafts & Me

This image is from Crafts & me called Twilight & can be found here. She is coloured with Polychromo pencils, as is the whole picture. The brick wall, the ledge, arch & sky are all drawn in by myself to create the scene. The die is a Magnolia DooHickey called Love Lamp Post & the tag die is part of a DooHickey club set. Added glitter around the edge of the image, ribbon from stash & the stars were bought at a local garden centre several years ago & was in my Xmas stash. The papers were from scraps, so no idea whose they are.

Hidden Treasures Trunk

This is a project I have been working on for a while. Its a video & tutorial from Paper Phenomenon & is called Hidden Treasures Trunk. It holds a mini scrapbook & clipboard in the drawers as pictured.
Kathy makes the most brilliant 3D projects & sells the tutorials & or the videos.

The trunk is made of chipboard or greyboard, as its sometimes called here in the UK.
It has a secret drawer on one side, which can hold mementos or one of the scrapbooks. The handles are Forever Moments Bureau Handles by Tonic.all the brown strips are chipboard stained with Walnut Stain DI & then smeared with Glossy Accents to make it look like leather.
The top opens on hinges to reveal an opening.
The papers are Tim Holtz Wallflower paper collection, which is absolutely gorgeous.
The front unclips using magnets to reveal a place for a photograph with a ready made frame & another drawer. The handles are Mini Ring Handles by Tonic.
Here is the inside of the drawer. Lastly another picture of the box,
The clips & brads all came from an Etsy store called Forest Era, they have loads of hardware, all comes from Hong Kong & took about 10 day from ordering The sides have magnets which can be opened, so that the front panel drops down.
I now have to add photos to the scrapbooks, but am so pleased with this & its on display in my lounge..
