Red & Green should not be seen

When I last went to my local market, I topped up my acetate & was playing around with it last night. I made a square front to the card & attached it to a back, which I covered with a BP from Papermania Capsule Collection Green Nestie circle as a mount. Stamp Elusive Images, coloured with Prisma pencils. Sentiment also Elusive Images.
Lilies & Roses from stash. All other flowers came from my monthly subscription kit from Crafty Feeling.. Each month you get a kit, with loads & loads of flowers, flat blooms & roses etc. You also get dewdrops, hat pins, buttons, ribbon, all for £10 monthly & it all comes in a gorgeous organza bag. I was so excited to get my first one yesterday, so have been playing as you can guess.
I must say it was good to make a proper stamped card for a change instead of digis, not that I dont love digis, but its good to get your hands messy every now & then..lol.

Bearly Mine DT call

Bearly Mine are having a DT call & as I am lucky enough to have not only the freebies that Donna kindly offers but some of her CDs too & love working with them, I thought I would have a go & see if I can get onto her team.
I made these mini suitcases with Bearly Mine papers from a template by Suzanne Dean & this can be found here. These are big enough to take a credit card size voucher/money etc & I know 2 neices who will just love these.

The papers are freebies that Donna put on her blog recently, so of course I grabbed them.
These are the instructions for the DT call in Donnas words.

Hello everyone, I have decided to expand my Design Team and am looking to add 6 new DT Members, if you would like to be considered then please feel free to use one or more of the freebies supplied on my shop blog and create a card or other project using these papers, and do a writeup on your blog showing off your card, then enter your name below. Fairymoon Challenge 33

As usual, we have another sketch to follow here at Fairymoon Crafts and this time lets see your Halloween cards.
Here's my DT card, which is the first one I have made since returning from holiday and as I have a flare up of my arthritis, was more painful than usual.

The papers used are from the Stitchy store & are called Spooks by Purple Panda. Nestie circle used for circle and an old stamp I have had for years called Goofy Ghost by Whipper Snapper Designs. I coloured with Prisma pencils, added lime green & black glitter glue around the edges & ticket from Sentiments 4 You. Looking forward to seeing the entries. (No sponsor this week, so just for fun, however if anyone knows of sponsors wanting  blogs to sponsor, then please let one of the team know. You do however have the chance to become a Guest Designer this week, so who knows may be meeting you very soon. Please visit the other DT blogs & leave comments for them too. (Details in side bar)

"Spooky" OSAAT challenge 33

This weeks challenge is Spooky over at  the Stitchy challenge blog & there are loads of new images &  papers there to be had. I got to use these scrummy papers by  Panda Bear Designs called Spooks & they are at a stupid price of 0.99$, a bargain for sure.
The challenge is being sponsored by Craftbrulee who are giving a $10 voucher & Crafty Ribbon who are giving a £10 voucher, so well worth entering.
I have used a template over at Splitcoast Stampers & made up this little backpack, I thought it woud be good to put sweets in for Halloween.
I used the spiders web paper & the pink one, these could easily be used for non Halloween projects & assembled the back pack as per the template. Added organza ribbon from stash & googled a non copyrighted image, on which I glittered the spiders web to make it stand out more.
A couple of velcro dots to enable the pockets to be opened & viola, a minature back pack, which has already been bagged by my neice.
As I am holiday & this has  been scheduled, no challenges to enter at the moment, but if I can drag myself away from socialising, then I will enter this in some as I find them.
